Performance counters

Performance counters are available through the touchscreen and console to monitor system usage.

The Alliance iS HPLC system offers performance counters through the system touchscreen to monitor overall system usage data. This information can help system users determine when to schedule routine maintenance.

To view performance counters from the system touchscreen:

1. From the Home screen, tap SYSTEM > Performance Counters to access performance counter information. Available information includes lamp hours, total number of injections, and total number of liters pumped.
   Note: Users with lab manager or service access to the system (see Signing in to the system as a service user and Signing in and out with the Empower Authentication feature enabled (lab manager)) can reset Total Injections and Liters Pumped by tapping the three dots on the right and tapping RESET. All other system users can view the total number of liters pumped but cannot reset this value.

1. From the System screen, click Performance Counters to access performance counter information. Available information includes lamp hours, total number of injections, and total number of liters pumped.
