Selecting pressure units for display

System users can select from different units to display pressure information.

Starting with version 2.0, Alliance iS HPLC system users can select from different units to display pressure information on the touchscreen or the console. Users can select pressure units as part of the setup workflow (see Running the setup workflow) or manually from the Plots screen (see Touchscreen Plots view). The system can display pressures in psi, bar, kPa, or MPa (touchscreen only).

To select pressure units:

1. To select pressure units from the system touchscreen :
   1. From the Home screen, tap PLOTS.
   2. Tap Settings. Tap your preferred display unit under Pressure Units, and then tap DONE.
   OR
   1. Tap SYSTEM > Options > Units.
   2. Tap your preferred display unit under Units, and then tap DONE.
2. To select pressure units from the console :
   1. Click the menu button and then click Settings. Click your preferred display unit under Pressure Units and click the X to close the menu.
   OR
   1. Click Plots > Settings > Settings. Click your preferred display unit under Pressure Units and click Save.
