Automated Calculations of DAR and Drug Distribution for Conjugated Molecule Analysis - Users can now deploy a BioAccord System, Xevo G3 QTof, or Xevo MRT QTof to analyze conjugated molecules, specifying the conjugate and its mass in the INTACT Mass data processing parameters, and have the calculation of Drug Antibody Ratio and distribution of conjugate forms automatically performed from the acquired data.
Controls for manual adjustments of chromatographic integration - Users can now manually adjust chromatographic peak integration and associated peak identification results and use those reintegrated peaks to direct the processing of mass spectral data.
Sample List Entry of Chemical Formula - User can now specify a ‘Chemical formula for deconvolution’ that will be used to refine the deconvolution isotope model, improving deconvolution mass accuracy and quantification.
Updated Sample List Column ‘Expected Masses’ changed to ‘Expected Masses and/or Chemical Formulas’: Users now can enter targets as numeric masses, as chemical formulas, or a mixture of both.
New Method option within ‘Specify calculation parameters’, allowing the user more control over the ‘Main Peak Retention Time Window’ to improve main peak identification in Optical Only and Variant Analysis workflows.

Key Benefits in Intact Mass 1.8 include:
Support for PDA optical detectors. In addition to TUV, users can now view the MaxPlot optical channel from the PDA detector, and use this channel for detection. If the injection contains PDA data, the MaxPlot chromatogram is displayed and used for peak detection. If the MaxPlot chromatogram is missing, the first optical chromatogram in the injection is displayed and used for peak detection.
Support for Sample Organizer and Sample Manager vials, allowing up to19 microtiter plates, or, 9 intermediate height plates (or 2-mL vial holders), or, 6 deep-well plates (or 4-mL vial holders). Increasing the potential throughput for Intact Mass users.
Optical-only workflows with built in IEX, SEC and reverse-phase column support and analysis expand the utility of Intact Mass to groups within the laboratory without MS requirements.
Automatic sample report generation further supports a high-throughput Intact Mass workflow. Users do not need to open complete analyses to download individual reports. They now have the option to download reports to a local folder automatically upon completion of processing, and also the option of a high-throughput report template designed to deliver the important details from a large amount of data in an efficient manner.
Grouped calculations allow streamlined IEX, SEC and reverse-phase analysis using MS data.
Processing of analyses can now be cancelled, preventing loss of time and resources processing analyses with known issues.
