Q: How can I see if a Result has been Signed Off?

Great question. This can be done with a View Filter. (Refer to Tip 166, Tip 167, Tip 168, Tip 169 & Tip 172 for details on creating View Filters).

STEP 1

STEP 1

An easy way of knowing if a result has been Signed Off is to create a ‘View Filter’ which includes the ‘Number of Sign Offs’ field.

STEP 2

STEP 2

Create an informative View Filter on the Sign Offs tab, click ‘Edit View’.

STEP 3

STEP 3

Add the following fields: ‘Sign Off Reason’, ‘Number of Sign Offs’ and ‘Processing Locked’.

STEP 4

STEP 4

In this example, both ‘Sign Off Level 1’ and ‘Sign Off Level 2’, neither are locked.

STEP 5

STEP 5

If your Sign Off was completed using an ‘Individual Report’ Method, right click on a Result, select ‘View As, Sign Offs’ and only the Sign Offs associated with that Result will be displayed.

STEP 6

STEP 6

If your Sign Off that was completed using a ‘Summary Report’ method, right click on a Result, select ‘View As, Sign Offs’ and the ‘Results Signed Off’ in the Summary Report will be displayed.

STEP 7

STEP 7

You can create a View Filter to specifically display either ‘Sign Off Level 1’ or ‘Sign Off Level 2’ by adding a condition in the ‘Sign Off Reason’ field.

STEP 8

STEP 8

The Sign Off table now displays all Results with a ‘Sign Off Level 2’.

It’s that easy!
