In this tip, we learn about adjusting the Intensity Label Level in the Spectrum Index and Mass Analysis Window. This can be found both in Review and Report Publisher. NOTE: Empower versions prior to 3.8.0 did not have this capability.
Spectrum Index
In Review, right-click in the Spectrum Index window and select Properties. There is a field called Intensity Label Level and the default value is 25. If you lower that value more of the masses in Spectrum Index will be annotated.
In Report Publisher, right-click in the Spectrum Index report group and select Spectrum Index Properties. There is a field called Intensity Label Level and again, the default value is 25. Lowering the value results in more of the masses annotated.
Mass Analysis Window
In Review, open the Mass Analysis Window, right-click and select Properties. There is a new field called Intensity Label Level and the default value is 25. If you lower the value, more of the masses in the spectra plot within the Mass Analysis Window will be annotated.
In Report Publisher, right-click in the Mass Analysis Plot report group and select Mass Analysis Plot Properties. There is a field called Intensity Label Level and again, the default value is 25. Lowering the value results in more of the masses annotated in the spectra plot.
