Empower Tip: Applying what we have done with BSA to a SEC-MALS sample

In this tip, we learn how to apply what we have done with BSA to a SEC-MALS sample. This tip continues from Empower tip-of-the-week 458.

Go to the Injections tab in the project, select a SEC_MALS sample, in this case I am using the NIST mAb injection, right click and select Review.

Select File, Open > Method Set.

Select an appropriate Method Set, in this case the one from the previous Tips and click Open.

Go to the Method Set and change the Processing Method to an appropriate one, in this case I am using Monarch_NISTmAb_PM_1.

Go to the Main window and Apply the Method Set. We see the peak results in the table.

Go to the Results window within Review to view the Debye Plot.

You can save the result by going to File, Save > Result.
