In this tip, we will show you how to assign notification subscriptions for systems and acquisition devices in waters_connect System Monitoring.
Notification subscriptions can be activated on any system or acquisition device. The notification is sent to the email account used as a login to System Monitoring.
To set notification subscriptions on systems, select Systems in the left panel of the screen, within the System Monitoring app. The last column is where subscriptions for notifications is turned on. In this example, we selected system QU_3467.
In the Configuration notification window, Sample set started, Sample set ended, Error occurred, and Error resolved are selected for e-mail notifications. In addition, you can select to receive notifications for additional system events including Came online / Went offline and Stopped reporting / Resumed reporting. These are the available choices for notification for a system.
STEP 3Following is an example of an email received as a notification accordingly
To set notification subscriptions on acquisition devices, select Acquisition Devices in the left panel of the screen, within the System Monitoring app. The last column is where subscriptions for notifications is turned on. In this example, we selected acquisition device Smlace3.
STEP 5:
In the Configuration notification window, Started reporting and Stopped reporting are both selected for notification configuration. These are the available choices for notification on an acquisition device.
Following is an example of an email received as a notification accordingly.
